Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Email: contact@zalehna.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the returned goods or proof of return.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all labels and seals. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returns that are sent back to us without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.

Exceptions and Limitations

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Gift cards

  • Sealed hygiene or cosmetic products that are unsealed after delivery

Important information regarding cosmetic products (e.g., Musk cream):
Our Musk creams and similar cosmetic items are packaged in airless dispensers that do not feature a visible seal. As it is not possible to verify whether the product has been used or opened, returns can only be accepted if the item is unused and in hygienically intact condition. If there are indications that the product may have been used, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund only.
